I was promised delivery in 10 days. On 15th Oct 2017 the goods have arrived in your Chennai godown. It has been seven (7) days now and I am yet to receive my delivery. Very strange that it takes only 11 days for the goods to travel from Delhi to Chennai but delivery within Chennai takes 7 days (and still counting). I have put a detailed mail to operations@drsindia.in (not sure whether it will be acted upon as most of the e mail ids mentioned in the site seems to be defunct).
As a customer, I can only suggest an INROSPECTION before it is too late.
